At Rethos, we are fully committed to upholding the standards set by the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023. We act as a Data Fiduciary for the personal data you share with us to verify your rental profile.

We only collect and process personal data after receiving your explicit, unambiguous, and revocable consent. Our consent checkboxes are unticked by default to ensure you make an active choice.

Your data is processed strictly for the purposes described when collected: verifying your identity parameters, employment or education credentials, and matching you with PG and co-living vacancies. We do not use your data for secondary marketing without additional consent.

You can withdraw your consent for processing and request erasure of your verified profile at any time. To make a request, contact our Data Protection Officer at privacy@rethos.in.
