Rethos Labs Pvt. Ltd. provides rental trust infrastructure, including verified tenant profile generation and vacancy matching for housing operators. Rethos is not a landlord, tenant, broker, or financial institution.

By creating a tenant profile, you grant us explicit permission to verify your identity parameters and documents (such as Aadhaar, PAN, and employment or college credentials) through secure, authorized digital validation rails. We use this data only to construct your portable rental record.

Operators and tenants agree to provide accurate, up-to-date, and truthful information in all forms. Providing false or misleading verification details may result in account termination.

Rethos is not a bank or NBFC. Rethos Score is an internal alternative credit metric and not a credit score issued under the CIC Act 2005. Rethos does not guarantee rental matching success.
